About this store

allayurvedic.in is operated by Songara All Ayurvedic Private Limited, referred to as “we”, “us” and “our”. Our online store is hosted on Shopify.

These terms apply to your use of this website and purchases, together with our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies available to you that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Using the website

You must be legally competent to enter into a purchase contract. Minors should use the store through a parent or guardian who makes the purchase.

Please provide accurate contact, delivery and order information and keep your account credentials secure. You must not use the website for fraud, unlawful activity, harassment, distributing malicious software or unauthorized access to systems or another person’s information.

Product information and use

Read the product description, pack size, ingredients, label directions and warnings before purchasing or using a product.

Product images are illustrative, and packaging may change. Products supplied must nevertheless meet the description and terms applicable to your purchase. We aim to keep product descriptions, prices and availability accurate and will correct identified errors.

General educational content on this website does not replace individual advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Follow the product’s labelled directions, indications and warnings. Do not rely on general website content to diagnose a condition or change prescribed treatment.

Individual experiences may vary. This does not affect your rights where a product is defective, unsafe or not as described.

Prices and charges

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees. Product pages and checkout show applicable tax treatment, discounts and the final payable amount.

Shipping charges are:

Orders below ₹500: ₹85.
Orders of ₹500 and above: Free shipping.

Cash on Delivery is available at no additional COD charge, subject to delivery serviceability.

Price changes apply prospectively. We will not charge an additional amount for a confirmed order without your agreement. If a genuine pricing or availability error affects your order, we will contact you to explain the issue and available resolution.

Orders and payments

Please check your products, quantities, contact details and delivery address before placing an order. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

We may contact you to verify incomplete information or a potentially fraudulent transaction. We may decline or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including unavailable stock, an unresolved payment issue or an unserviceable delivery address.

If we cancel a prepaid order, we will notify you and refund the amount paid for the cancelled supply, subject to applicable law.

Wholesale and distributor arrangements require separately agreed business terms. A retail website purchase does not grant distributor status or territorial exclusivity.

Dispatch and delivery

We dispatch orders within 1 day. Usual delivery time within India is 3–7 days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary by location, courier serviceability and unforeseen delays. Please refer to our Shipping Policy and contact us if your order is delayed or missing.

Estimated delivery wording does not remove any remedies available under applicable consumer law.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Contact us promptly if you need to cancel or correct an order. We will check its fulfilment status and explain whether the requested change can still be made.

Our store policy accepts requests for damaged, defective or wrong items reported within 7 days of receipt. We do not offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges.

These conditions do not limit statutory rights, including remedies for goods that are not as described or other legally eligible claims. Discounted products retain the same statutory protections.

Privacy and service providers

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used and shared in connection with this store.

We use Shopify and service providers for functions such as payments, fulfilment and customer support. Their involvement does not remove our own obligations to customers.

We do not request your OTP, card PIN, UPI PIN or account password to issue a refund.

Reviews and submissions

Reviews should reflect your own experience. Submit only content you have the right to share, without unlawful material, misleading claims or another person’s private information.

When you submit a review for publication, you permit us to display it in connection with the relevant store or product. Use of customer photographs or testimonials in advertising should follow the permission you provide.

Private customer-support messages are not automatically available for public marketing use.

Intellectual property and external links

Website text, branding, images and other content may be protected by intellectual property rights. Copying or commercially exploiting protected content requires the relevant rights holder’s permission, except where permitted by law.

Links to external websites do not, by themselves, constitute an endorsement. Review the relevant third party’s terms and privacy information before using its services.

Service availability and responsibility

Website access may occasionally be interrupted by maintenance, technical faults or events outside reasonable control. We will take reasonable steps to address issues affecting orders brought to our attention.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for defective products, fraud or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Applicable law and policy changes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Customers retain access to competent consumer commissions, courts and other remedies available under applicable law.

Updates will be published on this page with a revised date. Changes will not retrospectively remove rights relating to an existing purchase. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply to the extent lawful.
