Where do you deliver?

We deliver across India. Delivery availability for your address is confirmed at checkout.

What are the shipping charges?

Shipping is free on orders of ₹500 or more. A shipping charge of ₹85 applies to orders below ₹500.

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available at no extra charge, subject to availability for your delivery address.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are usually dispatched within one business day. Our dispatch days are Monday to Saturday, with a 2 PM IST order cutoff. Delivery typically takes 3–7 days after dispatch, depending on your location.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

Please contact us immediately on receiving a damaged, defective or incorrect product. Share your order number, product box opening video and clear photographs so our team can review and assist you. Returns for change of mind are not accepted.
